GPR antenna

Hi,

    I'm designing a GPR antenna. I want to pump in my RF signal to a depth of 2m. I dont have any data regarding the substructure I want to analyse. Can anyone let me know how should I choose the appropriate antenna and the equation that relates frequency and depth of penetration?
