How to install inst driver so hey appear in functions Inst I/O pallet

I am trying to install the VI drivers for a Rohde & Schwarz spectrum analyzer into LabView.  I have downloaded the drivers from the R&S website and unzipped them.  How do I install them so they show up in the Functions:Instrumentaion I/O pallet?

These are the plug and play drivers for LabVIEW from Rohde & Schwarz?  If this is the case, which it sounds like it is, the once you have the file unzipped place the folder in the C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW x\instr.lib folder, where x is the LabVIEW version.  Once you have placed the folder there, restart LabVIEW and you should be able to access the drivers through the Functions >> Instrument I/O >> Instrument Drivers palette.

Hope this helps!

pallete, but unfortunately i found question mark boxes <?> appears instead of the *.vi in the FS300 menu, so i couldn't access them ,

i don't  know where's the problem , need help plz.

Thanks in advance

Perhaps you renamed the underlying VIs as described in this post.
