Mobile Handset testing

Hi,
          Can any one let me know the different parameters that are tested in a mobile handset?
                  From NI RF stuff I came to know about Power in Band, Occupied BW and Adjacent Channel Power. Will these parameters be measured in a mobile hand set?

Hello,
There are several types of measurements that you can and you need to perform. These can be Time Domain, Frequency Domain or Code Domain. What you mentioned have been Frequency Domain. You may need to do many other measurements to such as Error Vector Magnitude (EVM) , Modulation Error Ratio (MER), Bit Error Rate (BER), Code Domain Power Measurement, Composite EVM etc. And the list goes on.

Depends on the standard from the perspective of which you are talking. That is, whether WCDMA, DVB-H etc.

One google on "measurements" will bring out the different measurements that other folks are doing too.
