By connecting cables I mean a fault in the cables. My connection setup is alright.

Sabe,
There are a few things to consider looking through the screen shots that you've provided.
First, in regards to the initialize error, we need to set the top input terminal of the VI to the Downconverter Device number, which from your first screen show appears to be 4. The digitizer resource name looks to be correct though your image shows us giving the same device number to both the digitizer and the downconverter. I've included an image of this. These are going to be referenced separately with each of the 5660 VIs. Next, with the 3rd image you provided, you're running an example (MT niRFSA QAM Eye Diagram) that doesn't support the 5660. You'd need to start from one of the examples specific to the 5660. I've included an image of those locations and the type of example to look for as well.
There is a possibility of bad cabling that could explain some of the errors you've been seeing, but I don't believe that to be the case. From the behavior we've been encountering, my best impression is that there is an issue with the 5600 downconverter itself. This could be a bad temperature sensor or other problematic hardware, especially if it is continuing to give the error about internal state machine may be locked up. If you have an image of the configuration in the soft front panel that was providing the error, I can double check things here, but it sounds like we may have been referencing the wrong device numbers for that as well.
