Unable to open session in RFSA soft front panel, it always throw error "internal error occurred, contact NI".
Firmware update and driver update has been verified but no impact.
ver used:
Labview-2015, RFSA-17.1.2, Operating system: windows7

Hello!
I think the device is broken.
Here is some troubleshooting.
1. Change the slot
2. Click Self-test in NI MAX
3. If you have another device, change the device.
4. Run the example code and see if the same symptoms appear.
If all troubleshooting is not affected, you should ask NI to repair the device.
