error 59 how to solve it ?

thank you sir for helping me, i tried to run some example about the bluetooth in the labview, i found these VI's long time ago(simple client and server.vi) but both cant work, now i tried again then i find out how to run the server.vi but when i copy the address and the number of channel in the client.vi i get an error 59??

I do not know why this things s coming in ?? by the way i am trying to detect and ECG signal and show it using labVIEW, BUT now i have to find out how to solve this error first....i am using VISTA 64bit home premium , labVIEW 2009
