Hello.
Kind of new to LabVIEW. Need help understanding why LabVIEW won't generate the bitfile required. The same configuration works on a different PC. But it doenst work on the one i want to use. Exact same software configuration present on both PCs.
The only thing i have been able to isolate between the logs of a successful and failed compilation is that the failed compilation has the following problem(log attached):
INFO:Security:50 - The XILINXD_LICENSE_FILE environment variable is set to
'C:\NIFPGA\programs\Xilinx13_4\ISE\data\lvfpgalicense.lic'.
INFO:Security:52 - The LM_LICENSE_FILE environment variable is set to
'C:\NIFPGA\programs\Xilinx13_4\ISE\data\lvfpgalicense.lic'.
INFO:Security:56 - Part 'xc6vlx195t' is not a WebPack part.
WARNING:Security:43 - No license file was found in the standard Xilinx license
directory.
WARNING:Security:44 - Since no license file was found,
please run the Xilinx License Configuration Manager
(xlcm or "Manage Xilinx Licenses")
to assist in obtaining a license.
WARNING:Security:9b - No 'ISE' feature version 2012.01 was available for part
'xc6vlx195t'.
WARNING:Security:42 - Your software subscription period has lapsed. Your current
version of Xilinx tools will continue to function, but you no longer qualify for
Xilinx software updates or new releases.

Any Help would be much obliged

You may not have the Xilinx tools installed. See https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/compatibility/19/compatibility-between-xilinx-compilatio...
You may need ISE 14.7 from https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/software-products/download.labview-fpga-compilation-tool.htm...

the required Xilinx tools are ISE 13.4 which are installed. And since, apparently they ar ethe only tools compatible, how will installing ISE 14.7 help? (Note: not being rude. its a genuine question and im downloading this ISE version as i am writing this)

Which version of LabVIEW are you using?
Can you confirm with NI License Manager that all licenses have been activated?

LabVIEW 2012. All licenses correctly registered.

Thanks for your suggestion. Bitfile was not generating for a multitude of reasons but the licensing problem was fixed using your advice.
