Hi!

 

Can anyone suggest a NI device/module that has 16-bit ADC and at least -5 to +5 V range?

How do you want to connect to such a device?  cRIO?  Ethernet?  USB?  PXI?  PCI?

Then you might want to look at the NI-9205.
