Hi,
You have done all of the right things to troubleshoot this issue so far. Since the board does work on the second machine, it leads me to believe that the problem is still due to a corrupt driver installation on the original computer. I recommend installing NI-DAQmx 8.1 on the first machine as well as Traditional NI-DAQ 7.4.1. If you are still unable to detect the board on that computer, then you should contact National Instruments Technical Support directly.
