Can you give me the general block diagram of cRIO in serial communication (RS232)

and the detailed block diagram ( UART, FPGA)

If you are using the NI-987X serial modules in CRIO 901X, or greater check out the example in the NI Example finder under Hardware Input and Output>CompactRIO>Module Specific>Serial>NI-987x Serial Loopback.lvproj. If you are using Scan Engine the module can be addresses using regular VISA Serial communications as shown in the Hardware Input and Output>Serial>Basic Serial Write and Read.vi as long as you are running under RT. The VISA Serial communications apply to the built in serial ports on the CRIO systems.
