Can't connect to cRIO from project. Works from MAX.

Solved!

I can connect to my cRIO 9073 in MAX and can ftp to it.  However, in a LabVIEW project, I can not connect.  (I can reboot the target from the project)  When attempting to connect I get the message 'Failed to connect to Real-Time target".  I've reinstalled the software on the cRIO from Max, rebooted in safe mode, no app, no fpga.  I've ran with console out and got the output shown below.  Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

Are you trying to connect while you are in safe mode?

If so, that is your issue. Make sure your controller is booted into LabVIEW Real-Time and then try connecting.
