Deliverables for closed loop frequency response system.

Hi all,

One of my customer wants a closed loop frequency response system .He asked me , that what are the deliverables you people  will provide me  for the system?

I am not confident and confused also to answer this question.

Is your customer looking for a timeline for the project and what source code you would be able to provide at each instance? I would assume that's what he/she means by deliverables.
