ELVIS III : DMM and VPS.vi loaded with errors

I am building my thermistor circuit and I can't continue to build and add on to my circuit if one of the main instruments do not work. When I take out the DMM it then goes onto how the VPS.vi and how it loaded with errors. I have cleared my ELVIS III Board three times, reloaded the software, Cleared my computer and reloaded the entire platform and I am still coming up with the same issues. Any help would be great

I'm experiencing the same problems.

My NI ELVISmx Instrument Launcher 19.0 does not work with my NI ELVIS III. When I open it and hover my mouse over the different instruments a window pops up saying "NI ELVIS II series only". Because of this problem, it will not connect properly with the ELVISmx functions in LabVIEW either. I have uninstalled and re-installed the product twice. I've tried to repair the product twice. I've made sure my machine is configured. I've downloaded all the necessary software to my NI ELVIS III. I've configured my machine through MAX. I've configured my software through MAX. I've updated all my licencing agreements. I've connected my NI ELVIS III both with a USB and on Wifi. I've made sure that the NI ELVIS III is connected when I start a VI in LabVIEW. I've read all the troubleshooting things I can get my hands on. I've made sure all of my software is the latest versions and is completely up to date in the Package Manager. I'm at a complete loss for what to do next. Nothing is helping! Please post something here on the message boards because it seems like I'm not the only one with this problem.
