Error 63194 remote system software

My new cRIO-9022 just arrived today and I'm trying to apply my old program on it with. However, the shared variable created can't be completed on engine and also another error message 63194 came up informing the remote system softare not compatible with local NI-RIO.

Below is the software I installed:

NI-RI0 3.4.0

FPGA Module 2009 SPI

Labview 2009 SPI.

Yet I have installed the newest vision of NI software 3.5.0, it seems the 3.4.0 is not installed then.

What's the problem? In fact I'm not quite sure what's the DVD kit being sent together with the cRI0-9022, is that the remote system software or local one?

Is it possible that the RT serial only has vision 3.4 while my local has 3.5? but I think high vision should be campatible with lower vision.

Indeed it is most likely a mismatch of the versions of NI-RIO on the controller and the host system. I would suggest reformatting the disk on the RIO through MAX, and then re-installing the required software through the host system's MAX. This will ensure the correct versions are installed.

Please see this KB for a guide on how to format and install software through MAX: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/6B1343F61905203386257051006573CA?OpenDocument. I would strongly suggest to note down your IP settings before formatting the disk (as it will reset to default values).
