FPGA I/O error handling

If there are multiple channels on FPGA I/O node, does channel number or name shows in error out cluster if there is input/output error happen?

What FPGA target are you using? LabVIEW FPGA VIs can return general LabVIEW error codes, specific FPGA module error codes, or error codes specific to FPGA target. You would have to refer to the hardware documentation for more information on target specific information. The following link maybe of some help to you.

I hope this helps!

Ya-hoo,

The error information from the FPGA I/O node is not channel specific. It will return general module error information such as the inability to communicate with the module. In some cases it may indicate channel error information such as the open-loop detection on current input modules, but it will not identify individual channels.
