fpga dma AI 9215 and AO 9263 and write to excel help
Hi everyone, I need to make a RT-project with an analog input module 9215 and an analog output module 9263. I have a compactrio 9004.
I need to use DMA.
I work in labview 8.0. I have to use (all) the 4 analog inputs and (all) the 4 analog outputs. The input values are DC-values, and the output values are also DC-values.
I need to write all the values and the time parameter to an excel file ( at a specific interval, all the input and output values need to be writed to an excel file).
There is already an example from the site I used (that worked), which is named:
CompactRIO Simultaneous AI and AO Streaming.
But this is only with 1 AI and AO. I need 4 AI and AO. I've tried already to implement 4 AI's, but then the program runs very slow. I had to wait more than 30 seconds (at least
) before an indicator value of an AI really changes on the host (on my computer). And then I didn't start with the implementation of 4 instead of 1 AO's and also not the data-acquisition (to an excel-file).
Is there someone of you who is able to change (expand) the example to, or has already a program with 4 AI's (module type 9215) and 4 AO's (module type 9263) with dma or who can help me?? Cause I already tried a lot, but without any result
