FPGA VI

Is there any links that would provide someone like me that has no expierence with FPGA with a cook book example??

I've read everything I CAN FIND on FPGA VI.  I can't find anything that tells me what I need in my project, how to compile the vi, how to get the compiled code down to my FPGA, what vi I use to "talk" to the FPGA.  I've looked at the shipping example but am totally lost.  How does someone w no expierence w FPGAs start w FPGA VI??

  I have a PXI7853R.

Hi Clint,

I would recommend downloading the materials from this DeveloperZone Article: LabVIEW FPGA Module Training for Xilinx Training for Xilinx SPartan 3E XUP Hardware.The first tutorial (2.1) describes how to setup your R-Series card in LabVIEW and add it to the project. The tutorials build upon one another, getting more advanced as you go through them.
