FPGA execution file

Hi! I am doing a PWM project on FPGA. This project I have done already. But now I can´t make a execution file of that VI . What I have to do to make a FPGA execution file? Every time when I drag the vi file to startup source show me that the vi is broken but the vi is working very well.
