Hi RTINI,
I don't think this was asked before, but have you reinstalled the software on the cRIO? Also, what version of the NI-RIO driver is installed to the machine?
Let's also try resetting the flash memory on the FPGA; this is shown in the following article:

Hi Kyle,
I have reinstalled NI-RIO 3.2.1, it makes no change.
I installed the NI LabVIEW Real-Time Application Development Course CD before, the problem happened next day. If it causes any change in the drivers for NI software or even for Windows?

Hi rtini,
Have you tried resetting the flash memory in the article I indicated above?

Hi Kyle,
I tried to clear the flash, but I have got the error message "A connection could not be established to the specified remote device. Ensure that the device is on and accessible over the network, that NI-RIO software is installed, and that the RIO server is running and properly configured. If the device is a controller, make sure that it is not in safe mode."

Hi RTINI,
Do you have multiple network cards on the machine you're using (ethernet, wireless, etc.)? If so, this KB will help us make sure that you have set your primary network card:
