Hi, we have GPIB-USB-HS connects with Sciex Mass spectrometer.

Every alternate days, Mass spectrophotometer give Error.

Upon checking the event log, 

We find gpib error.

We have changed USB slots at computer side.

Windows.OS is 7 professional 32 bits.

I'm unable to load error message screen shots.

Kindly advise

It depends on the exact error to know if the source of the error is the GPIB adapter or the external instrument.

You seem to get a write timeout error, which points to the hardware or driver not responding.

Can you add more detail about the type of application you run and observations around the time period between errors and correlation with other activities? (like someone cleans the room, login, logout etc.,)

Thanks again.

This interface use for : instrument control and real time data processing.

We activate and deactivate  the instrument. There is no Log in / log out.

Error pop up any time, there is no time period between errors and correlation.

Device is always ON.

Also , no one to touch/ disturb the connection.
