I am student
My project is the hardware in the loop that I plan to implement on the Simulink desktop real-time toolbox. I wanted to make sure which of these card models was better for this project.
Matlab version is 2017b and windows is 10
1- PCI 6221
2- PCI 6052e

What are your inputs? What are your outputs? How many of each? At what rate do you need to sample? What is your output rate?
You have given us no information to help in guiding your decision.

Hi
The inputs of the card are 4 analog signals related to the sensors (2 sensor is tachometer).
The number of card outputs is 2, which is for driving 2 DC motors.
In this project, the control loop of a path following robot is first simulated as software in the loop. The robot's propulsion is two DC motors to move on the horizontal plane.
The two motors are then replaced as hardware in the control loop instead of the actuator block.
Sampling speed in simulation is .01 seconds.
The control loop in simulation includes the robot's dynamic, actuators, controller, navigation, and guidance blocks.

What are the voltage and current ranges of these IO signals?

Max Voltage Input to card is 5volt(from sensor)
Output voltage of card send to driver of DC motor for speed control(power of DC motor is 50 wat)
