How can to optimize the velocity of saving data on the hard drive of the RT target?

I want to save data on the hard drive of my RT target. Each paket of data is about 322096 Bytes big. I tried to optimize the speed, but I only get seven or eight pakes per seconde to be saved. Is their a way to optimize the speed so that I get about 100 pakes per second?
