The J1 on the SC2056 is a 100-pin connection.

The SC-2056 is not supported for use with 68-pin DAQ boards. It is meant to be used with 100-pin DAQ boards. I am not sure what you trying to connect to the SC-2056, but you may want to look into the SC-2050 option.
