How i can connect this 8 bit shift register circuit with slide(meter) to control the speed of LED

Hi,

I'm a newbie to LabVIEW.Currently I'm doing few design peoblems for my assignment.

Actually,i have no idea how to connect it.The slide(meter) funtion is to control the speed of LED in this 8 bit shift register circuit. 

Please help me to look at this problem and guide me to the final requirement.

It would be better if you could post your VI so we can see what you have done. Also, what kind of assignment is it?

Use build array to merge boolean together.

Then, use boolean array to number.
