How to read an 13 bit Absolute binary encoders on a RIO 9073 with NI9403 and/or 9401. I would like to read the position with one digital in and one digital out line (if it's possible)? First of all I would like to use RealTime but when I have understand it (how to read the encoder) I will also use it in FPGA. Please show some examples in Realtime and/or FPGA.
