How to use NIScope to measure the time difference of a certain wave change under. NET

 Dear NI,I have an oscilloscope, model NI PXIe-5160 (2CH), and now I want to program C # to obtain the time difference between the rising and falling edges of wavelength changes, as shown in the attached images of 1.2961us and 1.2323us. However, I am measuring the ScopeScalarMeasurementType FallTime, ScopeScalarMeasurementType The time obtained by RiseTime is 60us, which does not match the time shown in the attached image. May I know which methods are available to measure the difference between these two times? Thank you!
