I couldn't find any NI vi's with the name as you had on your project. It might happen, that it is a custom vi. 

Regarding an issue with cRIO, it has RT-specific software. So some functionality on usual PC won't work on your RT OS. So, I'd suggest to refer to this documentation for throughout information.
