Is LabView RT 2009 slower??

I implement a closed-loop RF gyrotron controller on a cFP-2220.  I just upgraded from 8.6 to 2009 (I also upgraded all the fieldpoint drivers) and ran the identical software built in version 2009, and my loop time went from 140 ms to 180 ms. 

 

Is this expected??  Has anyone had a similar experience?  Thanks,

LV 2009 does have more software components when you install your software on the RT target, I would suggest doing a custom RT install and remove RT components you don't need.  What is your cpu usage in your RT system manager?
