Is it possible to programmatically log the memory usage of a single VI in RT

My RT application is running on a cRIO 9012.  The program will only run about 3 hrs before it crashes (I am not sure if the program crashes or the cRIO crashes).  Is it possible to programatically monitor the memory usage of a single VI while it is running?  Ideally I would log the memory usage of a group of subVIs to find the memory leak (there are a few hundred subVIs in my program).

In the RT utilities pallette you can find a VI that retrieve memory usage of a controller. That can then be written to a log file. Or you could use the RT systems manager or the distirbuted systems manager (LV 8.6) to view it on your PC.
