Hi,
I have an application I'm specifying where I need to make a piece of portable test equipment that needs to connect to a microcontroller (STM32F072RB) (part of the UUT) over a USB connection, Ideally I'd like to use a cRIO-9040 or 9045 but, I don't have any experience with using them with a USB UART, I could always resort to a cDAQ chassis running Windows but I'd rather not if possible as the FPGA allows for features that will likely be added.
Any thoughts and suggestions welcome!

Hey mike8512,
How many channels will you use?
Also, you can use this USB-UART convertor: CP2102 or this one Amazon.com: 1pack All in 1 CH341A USB to SPI I2C IIC UART TTL ISP Serial Adapter Module EPP/MEM Conv...
Best Regards.
