NI 9222 sampling rate

Hi

I am a new user and It's my first time to use labview,So I would like to measure EMG by NI 9222.

Now I can use very simple blockdiagram,Just use Mod connrct to Waveform graph and then export to excel. 

But I want to configure sampling rate,Now I don't know what sampling rate that I use and I don't know how to check it,So plase help me

I want to know How to configure sampling rate in fpga and how to export data in excel without useing Waveform graph.
