NI 9239 terminals output is always zero

Hello,
I have just started working with a CompactRIO 9014 and an analog input module NI 9239. I follow the instructions on page 12 to page 30  of the following document: http://www.ni.com/pdf/labview/us/fpga_compactrio_getting_started.pdf. Everything went according to what this document says, including compliling the FPGA application. However, when I run the application, the indicator shows only one value, zero. I have set the timer to 500000 us, but it show no change at all. Any idea what went wrong?

Thanks

Hi Dedy,

Could you check a few things for me? firstly that you can see the cRIO in MAX without problems, and secondly I take it your are using network-published variables? So if you could ensure you Windows or other Firewall isn't blocking the port. If you turn any firewalls off to ensure this isn't the issue then I can better troubleshoot the problem, if it does turn out to be a firewall issue please see the following KB http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/websearch/8AE45BBFA1D7025E862570F200642FD8?OpenDocument

Thanks,
