I am interested in purchasing a few NI 9266, C series modules. It has 8 current output channels (16 bit) and an update rate of 24 kS/s/ch. If I want to source currents for all 8 channels, the update rate will be 3 kS/s, with 40-1000 us of settling time for each channel.
If I want to also simultaneously measure the current and voltage at those 8 channels, can this module do that? Is it in parallel (i.e., at 3 kS/s) or does it continue to reduce the sampling rate? I couldn't find any details related to this. If this module can't source and measure, does anyone have suggestions for a module that can?
I've attached the spec sheet.

Hi Starling,
Looking for the same answer myself, i.e. can you also measure voltage at the same time as sourcing current.
Did you manage to get any information with regard to this question?

Rob

No, the 9266 can only source current and not measure the voltage. You can add another voltage input module to measure the voltage parallel to the current sourcing.

Hi Santhosh,
Many thanks for the information. Much appreciated.
