No 5V on sb-RIO9636

Hello

I have a sb-RIO 9636 and want to use the +5V pin of the J502 connector. When i measure the voltage of the pin against ground i get 0V. I can connect the board to LabView and download and run my program. The power LED is on and the status LEd is off. The voltage was there when i used the evaluation board. Is there a fuse or any protection on the board that could have tripped ?

Thank you in advance for every help.

Greetings

Hello,

Which Pins do you use?

I attached a sreenshot of the J502.

Do you use Pin 49 or 50?

Regards,

Phil

Hi, I found the problem with the Board. I am using the pins 49 and 50. On the bottom side of the board, immediately before the J502 onnector, there is a small SMD which seems to be a fuse. I could measure the 5V at one side of the device, but not on the other. I assume during experimentation with the board something caused a short circuit and the fuse tripped.  I replaced it with a new 300 mA fuse, which is enough for my application. Everything is working fine now.

I hope this helps others that have problems with the 5V supply.

Greetings
