Peak Amplitude Real Time Problem

Hello Guys.

I have a problem.

I have this pulse [Attachment 1] and i have to acquire it's amplitude.

The problem is that the result [Attachment 2] comes out with few spaces between the amplitude values.

The graph should be without that "holes" and with a gaussian shape.

The signal frequency is 10Khz.

The sampling time is 100Msamples/s [real time]

If i turn off the real time option and raise the sampling time to 200Msamples/s the graph comes out without the holes but i still need the real time procerssing. Really don't know what is wrong.

could you please provide some more details about your application?

Which function are you using to compute the amplitude? Is this function used in a RT VI (running under a RT target)? In this case, which kind of hardware are you using?

Which software versions are you using?

Problem Solved.

It was a Vertical Timing Issue.
