Problem of data measurement of RTD

Hello,

I need a help from you please ! 

I am trying to measure temperature of RTD with the help of the module NI-9216 but my Rtd has only two wires and NI-9216 is compatible only with 3-4 wires Rtd.

Please do you know how to wire my Rtd in this configuration ?

Also, do you know if the output of ny module is giving directly temperature or resistor ?
