Programiming velleman k8055

I'm trying to use Labview to program a velleman k8055 circuit board to use it to convert media such as files, music, photos in binary and use the boards DAC ports to send those binary signals, turn them analog signals, and send them out with a voltage of about 5v. I'm a little new to labview and was wondering how I could use it to take files i have and turn them into those binary signals and send them to the board. Any advice would be great....code....examples......suggestions. Thanks.

Hey,

I did look up the board, I believe it is a USB DAQ device, did it come the labview instrument driver if not you can use this to talk to the board using VISA. I have use IOtech DAQ board but trust me NI's DAQ board are way better any daq board in the market. In future I would recommend to use that instead.

Thanks man that really helps out a lot. I'll definately be trying out the VISA if not i"ll probably be switching to the NI board.
