Question about NI 9213

Hello,

I need to estimate the temperature measurement uncertainty when using type-T TCs measured by the NI 9213. In order to do so, I need to know what is the confidence interval or the probability distribution function associated to the numbers published in figures 6 to 10 of the NI 9213 operating instructions and operations manual.

Hello Christian,

I brought the above question to R&D and discovered that those specs weren't derived from probability but is the accumulation of the total worse case scenario specs of supplier parts.
