Register Level Programming for PCI-6034E

I am writing a register level driver (using RTX) for a PCI-6034E. Following the sample codes of E serials, I can read AI data in polling mode. Now, I want to read AI channels 0-6 in interrupt mode. Does anyone know of a source for register level programming information/examples?

I am not sure if you have examined the PCI E Series Register-Level Programming Manual, but it is an outstanding resource. In fact, Chapter 4 includes numerous example programs. Below is a link to this manual:
