Rename a module input from my project but I cant rename it again show error

I renamed an Input from ni9425 from my project but when I tried to renamed It again and deploy it an error show up IAK_SHARED (Not Found) 0x8ABC700A,

What I can do to rename it to keet project and code organized?

Hey Heinz,

 

What version of LabVIEW are you using?

 

It sounds like you have a naming conflict in your I/O variables. 

 

Try right-clicking on the C Series Module in your project and select "Undeploy". This will remove all of the deployed channels. 

 

Then try redeploying.

Kurt,

 

We are using LV 8.6

 

After we undeploy the module an error shows up, see below, and never finish the operation.

Thanks for the screenshot. It looks like your controller is in a strange state.

 

The fastest (and harshest) solution is probably to reformat your controller as outlined here

 

There was at least one I/O variable naming issue fixed in LV 8.6.1, so if you have that maintenance release you may want to install it.

 

If you would like NI to investigate the state of your controller please post your project zipped up and also the image of the controller zipped up (use Windows Explorer to FTP to the controller and copy down everything.)
