Set Time with millisecond precision on NI cRIO-9004

Is possible to set time with millisecond precision on NI cRIO-9004 real-time targets that use Pharlap operating systems ?

Unfortunately this functionality is not supported in the Pharlap ETS operating system. It is available for the cRIO-9012/14 controllers as well as the cRIO-9072/74 integrated controllers.
