Two or more cRIO 9074 in daisy chain and behaving as slaves inside the EtherCAT network

Is it possible to daisy chain two or more cRIO 9074 with I/O modules and making them behave as slaves inside the EtherCAT network while also using their capabilities for fast I/O sampling and data processing? To be specific I would need to aquire the data from analog inputs, perform some filtering using the FPGA and post the data on the EtherCAT network. I would appreciate any possible solution based on the NI hardware.
