We have been trying to install software on our cRIO-9034 after switching over from LabVIEW 2020 to 2021. However, after clicking the "Add/Remove Software" under Remote System>>NI-cRIO9034-XXXXXXXX>>Software page, we keep getting Operation timed out error (screenshot attached). When I go under Remote System>>NI-cRIO9034-XXXXXXXX, it will take a long time to refresh and eventually come out with a warning box on top saying There is a problem contacting the System Web Server on the target (screenshot attached). I also tried to format disk in an attempt to start from the beginning. Regardless of which format option I picked, it will always ended up with the same format disk error Operation timed out (screenshot attached). Any suggestion?
