Using PXI controller 8196 RT Mode behind a router

Hi, I'm looking for a way to use a pxi 8196 RT behind a router, and would like to download data files from time to time. However, after configuring my router (open port 21 and 20 for FTP), i was not able to establish a connection to the RT controller. The FTP client just timed out. I thought this might be my router problem, so I setup a FTP server on another computer (same subnet as the RT controller), I could access that FTP without any problem.

Beside port 20 and 21, are there any other ports need to be opened? Or is there any settings for configuring the FTP server on the RT?

Figured it out, the DNS and Gateway setting on the RT must be filled out, and the FTP need to be set as "Active", otherwise it takes very long to connect.
