Why my delphi code only works on DAQ driver 6.6 but not upper version?

I'm using delphi 6 to program my application. It only works fine on DAQ driver 6.6, but it will crash on upper version driver. I wonder is it some of the functions or parameters in 6.6 are no longer support in upper version. My code is in attachment. I wonder if anyone can identify what's wrong. Thank you

Please include more information about your application and code. Do you know at which specific function call the problem occcurs?
