I am using the cRIO-9045 as a EtherCAT master and I'm trying to connect it with a Beckhoff coupler EK1100 and an EL4723 as a slave. The EK1100 is working fine, but Labview says that the EL4723 is not connected, although it is connected. I have also added a few pictures so you can see my problem better. With TwinCAT everything is recognised without problems and everything works, so it is not due to the hardware connection.
I hope someone can help me with my problem.
