cRIO-9048 Hex 0x611 Error during rtexe deployment

Hi all,

I encountered an issue when I try to deploy my rtexe on cRIO-9048, and SW does not start and instead, I receive the error Hex 0x611. I browsed the forum and few users with a similar problem, but none of the solutions worked for me.

I am using cRIO-9048 with cards:

SEA 9521

NI 9237

NI 9234

NI 9403

NI 9205

NI 9502

I am running LV 2017 with SoftMotion 2017.

A few times, I received this error when deploying my code on cRIO, but it always worked after the restart. It never does when deploying rtexe.

To make sure, my process for deploying rtexe is to set it to "Set as Startup" and then restart cRIO, but it never does restart, and when I try to connect to it from LabVIEW, I get this message: 

Startup VI is my main VI.

cRIO error log is attached 

Any help would be appreciated. We are planning to start running this SW soon, which is a stopper for our effort.

EDIT: Not sure if worth mentioning, but I am building rtexe with "Enable debugging" enabled because I was receiving another error while trying to build it without it.
