Hello everyone,
I'm working with a cRIO 9073 and unfortunately during the updating of its internal software, the cRIO just shutdown by itself...
Now, I can't access anymore the cRIO by ethernet (the green led is off).
I imagine the cRIO is corrupted. Could you explain me how to reset the device without ethernet ?
I precise that I have already tried the Safe Mode, nothing work...

I would firstly check the status LED against the user manual to double check exactly what the problem is.
Then try connecting the cRIO, in safe mode, directly to your PC via an ethernet cable and using the "troubleshoot remote system discovery" tool if you are unable to see it in MAX. As the software has corrupted you will then need to reformat the RIO.
If you're still unsucessful, contact National Instruments directly as they will be able to troubleshoot hardware issues even if you dont have a service package with them.
