cRIO-9074 not supported install software
We have a strange situation with the controller.

But solutions don't work.
We have 2 cRIO-9074. And now we need to configure it.
I see them in the Remote sistem section and can set AN IP address. So the network and controllers seem to be working.
But if I press "Add remove software", I get errors, see the images.
Steps of the solution:
- Make sure to install LabVIEW patches over existing LabVIEW that can be downloaded from our website. - done
The controllers compatible with LabVIEW 19-, so I decided to use 2018.
- Format the controller, open NI-MAX, select your controller and from the right-click menu select Format disk. - done
And the first controller contains RT software, and the second is empty. And the first one "does not support this function" and the second returns the error.
- There may be an issue with DAQmx driver, try updating to the latest version that is still compatible with both your current software stack and your hardware. 2018 as I described is compatible and reinstalled. We tried LabVIEW2018+ DAQmx/RIO 2019 and LabVIEW2018+ DAQmx/RIO 2018, results were the same.
- Try updating NI-MAX if this error appears when trying to add/remove software in general to RT target by upgrading the System Configuration.
I downloaded and installed System Configuration.
Here is the list of software. What can be missed or how can we fix the problem?
