calculate number of steps and time interval of s curve

I have use Crio 9074 with DIO 9477 to control step motors with NI soft motion.  AsI know NI soft motion used S-curve to generate trajectory, may someone show me how to calculate the number of steps and time for the trajectory profile with inputs of acceleration (step/s2), velocity (step/s), and position (steps), especially at ramp up section.  I don't know jerk value that NI soft motion uses to computer this.  Thanks, Hung

Hi, it is running and no problem so far!  I just want to know how I can do hand calculation to determine trajectory profile, velocity vs. time or position vs. time, as I have knows soft motion is implementing S-curve to do trajectory generation.
